PinGH is a local business discovery and review platform for Ghana. We help consumers find trusted businesses and help businesses build their reputation through verified reviews and identity badges. PinGH is an information platform — we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the services of any listed business.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PinGH. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
As a consumer using PinGH to search, read reviews, or contact businesses:
The trust value of PinGH depends entirely on reviews being honest and real. The following rules are strictly enforced:
PinGH reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these rules. Verified reviews (confirmed via OTP) carry more weight in our system. Reviews from accounts created the same day, or showing suspicious patterns, may be flagged for investigation.
Business owners have 48 hours to flag a review as disputed. PinGH will investigate and make a final determination. Disputed reviews are not removed — only investigated.
When you claim a business profile on PinGH:
PinGH offers two levels of verified badges for business owners who meet our requirements:
Awarded after successful Ghana Card verification and identity confirmation. The badge indicates that a real, identified person stands behind the business. It does not guarantee the quality of service.
Awarded after meeting verified identity requirements plus maintaining a strong track record — consistent positive reviews, high response rate, and zero fraud flags for a minimum of 90 days. This badge indicates both verified identity and demonstrated good conduct.
The following are strictly prohibited on PinGH:
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, badge removal, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
PinGH is an information platform. We do not employ, supervise, or take responsibility for the businesses listed on our platform. When you transact with a business found on PinGH, you do so at your own risk.
We make reasonable efforts to verify identity and maintain review integrity, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all business information or the quality of service you will receive. Verified badges indicate identity and conduct history — not a warranty of future service.
PinGH is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of PinGH or reliance on information found on the platform.
If you believe a review about your business is false or defamatory, you may flag it within 48 hours of posting. PinGH will investigate and make a determination within 5 business days.
If you believe content on PinGH violates your legal rights, contact us at legal@pingh.africa with full details. We will respond within 7 business days.
PinGH is not a dispute resolution service for transactions between consumers and businesses. Disagreements about goods or services should be resolved directly between the parties.
You may stop using PinGH at any time. To request deletion of your account and personal data, email privacy@pingh.africa.
PinGH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice in cases of serious fraud or harm. We may also remove business listings that are found to be fraudulent or harmful to consumers.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from use of PinGH that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
PinGH operates in compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843), the Electronic Transactions Act 2008 (Act 772), and other applicable Ghanaian laws.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PinGH after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
